Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Booking Sessions

All instructional sessions are conducted virtually and must be scheduled through the official IEG booking platform.

A reservation is considered confirmed once the session has been successfully booked through the scheduling system and the client has received a confirmation email.

Instructional services may include:
• Individual instruction (1:1 sessions)
• Complimentary Discovery Conversations
• Small-group instructional experiences offered periodically by IEG

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session through the booking platform.

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
• Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered forfeited.
• Missed sessions ("no-shows") are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Repeated cancellations, rescheduling requests, or missed sessions may result in limitations on future booking privileges.

These policies apply to both complimentary and paid sessions.

Late Arrival

Sessions begin and conclude at their scheduled times.

• Clients arriving late may participate in the remainder of the scheduled session.
• Late arrival does not extend the session length.
• If a client has not joined the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time and has not contacted IEG, the session may be considered a no-show.

Session Access

Instructional sessions are delivered using the online platform designated by IEG (currently Google Meet).

Clients are responsible for:
• Accessing the meeting link provided by IEG;
• Ensuring they have a stable internet connection;
• Testing their audio and video settings prior to the session; and
• Joining the session at the scheduled time.

While IEG will make reasonable efforts to accommodate unexpected technical difficulties, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

Monthly Instructional Plans

Clients enrolled in recurring instructional plans are responsible for scheduling their sessions within the applicable billing period.

Unused sessions do not carry forward indefinitely.

As a courtesy, IEG permits clients to carry over one (1) unused session per calendar month, provided the instructional plan remains active and in good standing.

Any additional unused sessions beyond this limit are forfeited.

Group Experiences

Additional policies may apply to group instructional experiences.

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally in accordance with IEG's Code of Conduct. IEG reserves the right to remove participants whose behavior disrupts the learning environment.

Fees associated with missed group sessions are generally non-refundable.

Changes by IEG

In rare circumstances, IEG may need to reschedule or cancel a session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances.

When this occurs, clients will be offered:
• An alternative appointment time; or
• Appropriate credit toward a future session.
