Instructional Services Agreement
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Purpose
This Agreement outlines the terms governing participation in instructional services provided by International English Group (IEG).
2. Scope of Services
IEG provides educational services designed to support English language development, including individual instruction, group instruction, test preparation, project support, and related educational activities delivered online.
3. Nature of Services
IEG provides educational instruction only and does not provide legal, immigration, financial, medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. No specific educational, professional, or examination outcome is guaranteed.
4. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
5. Scheduling
Sessions are scheduled through IEG's designated booking platform. Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and attending scheduled sessions on time.
6. Rescheduling and Cancellations
Individual sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, including no-shows, may be forfeited.
7. Session Rollover
Unused sessions expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle. As a courtesy, clients may carry forward up to one unused session into the immediately following billing cycle. Additional unused sessions are forfeited. Courtesy rollover sessions cannot accumulate and have no cash value.
8. Group Participation
Participants in group programs are expected to engage respectfully and professionally. IEG reserves the right to remove participants from group offerings for conduct that materially disrupts the learning environment.
9. Technology Requirements
Services are generally delivered via Google Meet or another designated platform. Clients are responsible for securing reliable internet access, compatible devices, and a suitable learning environment.
10. Payment
Instructional fees are due in accordance with the selected plan or service arrangement. Failure to maintain payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of services.
11. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by IEG's separate Refund Policy.
12. Instructional Materials
Materials provided by IEG remain the intellectual property of IEG unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission.
13. Confidentiality
IEG will make reasonable efforts to maintain the privacy of client information consistent with applicable law and its Privacy Policy.
14. Termination
Either party may discontinue the instructional relationship. IEG reserves the right to terminate services due to non-payment, repeated no-shows, abusive conduct, or material violations of IEG policies.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IEG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in instructional services.
16. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Acknowledgment
By purchasing instructional services or participating in IEG programs, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Instructional Services Agreement.
